So I was treated to a holiday in Holland by one of my favourite aunties as a birthday present.  The trip in itself is one i would love to take over and over, not because of the fact that i'm taking a holiday but the experience itself in its entirety.  From leaving England to Ireland, and to how we ended up in Holland, which wasn't in our plan at all.  But as the saying goes, 'You can start from where you are, using what you have to be the best you can'  on this occasion it was our motto, and we stuck to it.

We ended up in a town called Arnhem in Holland. At first sight the town which is small and quiet, seemed  like there wasn't much to it. but being tourist and as curious as we were, we were determined to find something fun while spending a few days there, before we continued on our journey. We had walked the majority part of the  town (Yes you read that right, it is quite small, and we walked a lot) back and forth then we decided to feed our curiosity a little more and walk the rest of it, there was were we spotted this fountain from about 3 miles away from the top of a hill. It wasn't the fountain that attracted us at first sight but the way  the different shades of the green tress complimented each other. We stood in amazement and gazed at the beatuy of nature. Right then was when we spotted the  florecent white that stood out amongst the green. We were so drwan to the beauty of the picture we saw, that we knew we just had to get a closer look.   Finally arriving at the sight the view was magnificent.

This picture depicts so much. The way the water isn't the first thing you notice but it is the one which feed the trees, and also the beauty of the two when you get closer, to me this means that people might jugde you because they don't know you, but once they get closer, take pride in proving to them  that you are a thousand ways better than they thought.

What is it?

To be honest i think the dutch have something for big and tall buldings, they seem to take on a like for things that attract people from a distance, and that brings them closer (This I think is a very smart move). This chapel is situated at the heart of the city, right opposite the Arnhem shopping center. At first i wasn't sure if it was a chapel, a library, a cinema, or just multipurpose building, but you know what i'd just call it a chapel. For the fact that the building was locked i couldn't go inside to verify what it actually was but the structure of the building is what caught my attention.

The solidity of the structure is what i love the most because nowadays you hardly find buildings with such solid sturctures. The hand crafted designs on it, the old type of bricks used to build it, and of course the trees that lead into one of the most peaceful parks i have ever seen is what enticed me. So with enough research i introduce you to the Velper Square building in Arnhem Holland (Still don't know what it is LOL)

Family.

Firstly let me appologise about the angle of this picture, for some reason i am not able to rotate/flip it right side up.  Right so one day I was at home with my niece, we were bored out of our minds and i thought, what's the point of having a camera when we could just take pictures for fun. So we decided just to take fun pictures. Out of all the ones we took, this is my absolute favourite because she has the smiles that compliments her age and it just proves and brings forth the innocence in her. (I would not tell her this though).  The way her smile defines her cheek bones and makes her eyes smize (like tyra banks would say), to the way the her veins her showing the sincereity of her smile, I can't help but adore this picture. So here is my first post, tell me what you think about the picture.
